The Robbinsville Public Schools Food & Nutrition Department is committed to serving nutritious, balanced, and delicious meals to support the health and academic success of every student. Our team works diligently to ensure all meals meet or exceed USDA guidelines while offering a variety of options to accommodate diverse tastes and dietary needs.

We believe that healthy students are better learners. Through our school meal programs, we strive to create a positive dining experience that encourages lifelong healthy eating habits.

  • Robbinsville Public Schools utilizes Mealtime to set up a meal account for your student to load money onto their account for school meals. To set up your student account or login to Mealtime, please click the link below.

    Funds can also be added to your student’s accout at any time by sending in an evelope with cash or a check made out to the Robbinsville Board of Education. Please make a note on the memo line stating your student’s name and ID. Your student can provide this envelope directly to a Food Service employee or their teacher at the elementary level.

2025 -2026 Free & Reduced Meal Application

In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.

Program information may be made available in languages other than English. Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication to obtain program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language), should contact the responsible state or local agency that administers the program or USDA’s TARGET Center at (202) 720-2600 (voice and TTY) or contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at: USDA Discrimination Complaint Form, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

  2. fax: (833) 256-1665 or (202) 690-7442; or
  3. email: program.intake@usda.gov

Summer Meals

The United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Summer Food Servic Program provides free meals when school is out. 

Who is eligible for free summer meals?

  • Children 18 years of age or younger who come to an approved open site or site to which they are enrolled.
  • Adults over 18 years of age who are enrolled in school programs for persons with disabilities may also receive meals. 
  • At sites that require enrollment, benefits are available onl to children who receive free or reduced price meals at school.
  • To find the closest feeding site near you, text FOOD to 877-877 or Summer Meals to 97779 or visit the USDA site finder website (linked).

School Wellness Policy

The mission of the district Local Wellness Policy (P8505) is to create a school environment that supports healthy eating, nutrition awareness, physical activity, and overall wellness, aligned with federal nutritional standards, ensuring that students are provided opportunities and encouragement for healthier lifestyles. The district has established a Wellness Committee that is comprised of district personnel, teaching staff, parents, and students, who meet regularly to promote this mission.
