DVRS (Department of Vocational and Rehabilitation Services) – Pre-Employment Services (Pre-Ets)
Services you may need to get and keep a job, vocational counseling and guidance.
How to apply: Submit below forms to your current case manager or Transition coordinator- Pre-Employment Transition Services Student Referral Form
- Release of information form for DVRS
NJCBVI • (Commission for the blind and visually impaired) To request Pre-ETS for a student who is blind, deaf-blind, or visually impaired, please contact the student’s NJCBVI teacher of the blind or visually impaired for a referral (if applicable) or contact a regional NJCBVI office listed here: https://www.state.nj.us/humanservices/cbvi/facilities/

There are three types of guardianship:
- “Guardianship of the person and estate. The guardian is responsible for the individual’s healthcare and financial management. This applies when the ward also has assets that qualify as an estate.
- Guardianship of the person only. This applies when the ward needs to be looked after but does not have assets to manage.
- Guardianship of the estate only. The guardian only manages the ward’s financial affairs.”
