Step 1.  Start the registration process by clicking HERE.

Step 2: Upload Documents.  

• All documents listed below must uploaded in order to proceed with the registration process.
• Student's Birth Certificate (passports will not be accepted)
• Student's Immunization Records (must be within the current year)
• Three (3) Proof of Residency Documents - Click here for Acceptable Proof List
• Physical Examination & Health History
  • PreK-4 Health Packet
    • Child Health Care Record
    • Health Assessment & Social-Emotional History
  • 5-12 Health Packet
    • 5-12 Health Packet
• Transfer of Records, if coming from another school district
• Copy of Final Transcript from the previous school year, if entering grades 5-12
